she is a chi, runt, and 3 1/2 months.
and if 6-8 months is full grown then she is about half grown.
measurments:
neck base to tail base- 8 1/2 or 9 inches
neck- 6
chest- 10 1/2
the measurements makes her seem long but she isnt.
the size for the clothes is:
XXS
neck to tail

would she still fit the xxs when she is full grown.
i dont want to buy her this now and in a few months buy it again. it would be perfect for christmas and mardi gras b/c most of the time is is cold then and it is a hat, sweater and scarf.
and its kinda chilly now.

I would go with the XS. She will probably grow out of the XXS by christmas time.
The XS shouldn't be way too big on her, but will leave room to grow
