Exercises For Stomach

For the second exercise, you will need two dumbbells. Lay flat on your back while holding the dumbbells on each hand. Begin by raising your right hand up and place your left hand near your shoulder blade. Pull the right dumbbell to your shoulder blade and push the left dumbbell up to the ceiling. Do 10 repetitions.
Third exercise targets the mid section of your abs. Lay flat on the floor with your knees bent. Inhale gently and your belly should pooch upward to the ceiling. Breath out gently and feel you belly button go down to your ribcage.
You will need 70 lbs dumbbells and a floor mat for the fourth exercise. Stick your toes underneath the dumbbell handles and fold your knees. What you need to do is to try to stand up from a lying position with your hands on your chest. So first you need to lay flat on the mat then pull your chest to your knees. From sitting position, put the pressure on your abs and your legs and pull yourself up on a standing position. From a Standing position, bend your knees, sit down nice and slow then lay flat on the floor.

Fifth exercise focuses on the side abdominal muscles. Lie on your back and put your hands at the back of your neck. Bring your upper body up. Pull up your right knee. Raise your left leg up and keep it straight. Pull your right knee as close as you can to your left elbow. Continue to motion back and forth. Make sure not to flap your elbow across your body.
